Natalia Pagés Solís

Natalia Pagès Solís was born December 7, 1989 in the Dominican Republic. There, she studied Fine Arts and Illustration in the Altos de Chavón School of Design before transferring to Parsons The New School For Design in New York City in 2010. She is currently finishing her Masters in Art Education at The School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Natalia’s work ranges from painting and drawing to printmaking and animation. Her subject matter always circles questions about the human condition: debates of heart and mind, beliefs, completeness, energy, loneliness versus feeling alone, finding oneself, happiness, family, God and balance. These themes are a reflection of the experiences Natalia has been through, her relationship with others and herself; how the people and circumstances in her life have molded her
