The Art of Tang Shuo
Tang Shuo, born in 1987 in Guangxi, China, is an artist whose work vividly captures his childhood experiences in the countryside through evocative memory-based depictions. Utilizing his own image to represent the various people and their lives from his past, Tang brings a personal and immersive touch to his art. He honed his skills at the Department of Mural Painting at Guangxi Arts University from 2008 to 2012 and further developed his experimental approach at the Department of Experimental Art at CAFA in Beijing from 2014 to 2015.
