About the Artist
Teodulo Silfa Casso (1958), was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He was raised in La Romana. Teodulo studied at the National School of Fine Arts, Altos de Chavon, and the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo.
